is the mother of Rachel (age 17) and Evan (age 14). In addition, Dana works as a freelance writer and publicist for non-profits and travel clients, as well as occasional voice-over/narration work. She was one of the founders/creators of "Momsense," and was a founder and performer in an improv comedy group, “Subject to Change,” for nearly 10 years. She studied Theatre Arts and Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.

is the proud mother of Joshua (age 16) and Annie (age 13). She has a Master's degree in Educational Theatre from New York University and has been a drama teacher and director for over 15 years. Currently, she teaches drama in two after-school programs in Westchester, coaches adults and children in public speaking, and sings with a local rock band, The Del Bocas, based in Scarsdale, NY.

After working as a broadcast producer for several years, she started her own business, Crave: Intelligent Indulgence, specializing in organic gluten-free, dairy-free, naturally sweetened treats and meal replacement cookies. Amy is also an internationally ranked CrossFit Masters Competitor and CrossFit coach. She was a founder/creator of “Momsense” and studied Communications at Towson State University.
Since it’s inception in 2007, Mom’s The Word has performed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and Maryland, for audiences large and small, in intimate cabaret spaces, school auditoriums, traditional theaters and grand ballrooms. We've performed at fundraisers, community-building events, private parties and many, many Mom's Night Outs.
